We do not have this particular wallpack in a 277 volt but we do have others that are 120/277 volt. On Grainger.com please enter "LED Wall Packs" in the search box and it will bring up all of what we carry and then from the column on the left you can narrow your search based on your specifics.

Answer: 
According to the manufacturer, this fixture uses an LED array (board) within the fixture, not a lamp. Currently there is no replacement array available.
