And I also need to know the dimensions of the bolt pattern so I can match it up to a motor.
This item is designed to fit on a gas engine with a PEM-G mounting flange; a copy of the bolt pattern can be seen on page 3503 of catalog 405. The manufacturer does not list a maximum horsepower that this item can be used with.
