Hello,
Little Giant does not make a Plenum rated condensate pump, Hartell & Becket are the only ones we know of for now.

Grainger has contacted the product supplier and has been advised by them of the following:

When this pump turns off, there will be approximately ½” water depth left in the reservoir.
