Answer: 
We cannot discuss wiring of your circuit board without knowing the wiring diagram. This switch is designed for lighting loads and therefore does not have a lead that gives "full" power.

According to the manufacturer, the wiring of this switch is black-power, blue-load 1, red-load 2. The switching positions are load 1-on, load 2-on, load 1 & 2-on, off.

The chain tends to break INSIDE the switch. I can't simply add new chain to the broken end since that's inaccessible. I've had 3 switches fail the same way (broken chain inside switch).

Do you have a similar switch that is more durable?
