Insulation is adhered to an outer polypropylene sheet, and laminated to an aluminum foil cladding that provides resistance to acids, alkali, salts, oil, fats, and aliphatic hydrocarbons. Impermeable to gases and moisture. Protects against abuse, impact, and UV rays.

Answer: 
Rinse the aluminum cladding with fresh water. Spray the cladding with a garden hose, blasting off loose grime. Pour
1/3 cup of alkaline-free powder or liquid laundry detergent into a 2 gallon bucket. Fill the bucket with 1 gallon of warm solution, stir.
Scrub a 3-foot-wide section of aluminum cladding with the solution and a soft-bristle scrub brush. Spray the soapy cladding with fresh water. Thoroughly rinse the aluminum. Let the aluminum cladding air dry.
Focus on 3 food wide sections. Prepare detergent solution when the solution becomes dirty. Thank you for using Grainger.com Ask & Answer.

In a plant room, I have some carbon steel piping insulated with aluminum cladding. After six months the cladding has become stained and dull looking, I need a product that will make it shine again . thank you.
