Per the information on the suppliers website this will bond to virtually any combination of iron, steel, copper, aluminum, brass, bronze, pewter, porcelain, ceramic, marble, glass, PVC & ABS, concrete, fiberglass, wood, fabric, paper -- just about any porous and non-porous material.

Answer: 
I do not know unless you can glue supports where the legs have broken. I would say welding would be a better solution
