What is the operating pressure needed for this regulator to maintain 0.5 lpm? We see that when we reach about 150 psi and lower that instruments being calibrated or bump tested don't perform as expected. When a full cylinder is put on the same regulator the the instruments respond as expected.

Grainger has contacted the product supplier and have been advised by them of the following:

The manufacturer suggests that you maintain pressure above 150psi. They state that at 150psi, all of their calibration stations would alert the user that the pressure is low. There is no set maximum psi requirement, but it's suggested you maintain it above 150psi.
