You should never use one set of manifold gauges for both R22 and R410A. The different oils do not mix and can cause damage to the compressor if they are mixed in the AC system. You can purge the manifold with nitrogen after every use, but if you forget the cost could be high. It is less expensice to use two different manifolds than it is to replace a compressor.
