The schematic on the promo doesn't appear to interrupt the input phases to the output load of those phases. Is it actually doing that? Or do you just get the alarm relay when there is a loss of a phase.?

Answer: 
It does have a delay on break relay, meaning when there is a voltage problem, it will break the outgoing voltage for up to 10 minuntes.
