Grainger has contacted the product supplier and have been advised by them of the following:

If the power light is on and the unit will still not heat up, it is most likely the heating element that is defective. Please contact 1-800-GRAINGER to contact the vendor directly to troubleshoot and figure out for sure what pieces are necessary to fix your unit.
