Answer: 
It will not control two seperate zones with two different thermostats. It can control two zones with one thermostat so the zones will work in paralell.

Answer: 
The Honeywell RA832 can control multiple zones, but only with 1 thermostat. You would not be able to wire two thermostats to control two separate systems.
Your Grainger representative may be able to help you determine which control may be appropriate for your application.
