I plan to fill a PVC leaking water return line on the inside of my pool wall to a tee that is approximately 22" from the inside wall of the pool and is the source of the leak. . I have additional return lines to the pool but need to stop the water flow to the area of the leak. I cannot access the pipe without removing concrete paving above. The pipe is 1" PVC. What is the initial viscosity of the material in 3EKY4 and how long does it take to reach a semi-solid condition?
