The relief valve is located in the pump body, your instruction manual should tell you how to adjust.

I need to get a replacement keyway for the motor to pump shaft. It is really small and I don't see anything in my manual listing it.

The ports on this unit are 9/16-18 sized (or also known as SAE #6 size).
