Muriatic Acid will remove most of the stain, if it has not been on the concrete for to long. You would probably have to let it sit and use a pressure washer to assist.

This Old House recommended this product as a way to remove ground in dirt from the surface of tiles and grout lines. (http://www.thisoldhouse.com/toh/photos/0,,20514187_20995395,00.html) The product description doesn't mention tile and is it safe to use indoors?

Grainger has contacted the product supplier and have been advised by them of the following : yes usually any acid based product will remove white efflorescence from brick
