Rated 5 out of 5 by This product is very reliable! I purchased this product in 2009 and it has not failed me yet.I love the fact that it runs on natural gas instead of gasoline, this fact makes it very reliable! May 11, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by This product is great to have because its automatic no need to do anything when you loose power works good when functioning properly. must make sure to do regular maintenance on it periodically. make sure it exercises weekly, check the battery semi-annually after the first year and manually transfer to the generator power to test regularly so you won't be disappointed later if there is an issue. Rated 5 out of 5 by I Love my Generac I just recently purchased a Generac Guardian generator, and can't wait for the power to go out, so I can see how wonderful it works. March 24, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Happy so far I've had this unit a couple of years, and has been good. However since it has seen this sub zero temps arrive the weekly start up has not happened 3 times. I had to manualy start up the unit. with the help of my installer [ very helpful ] via the phone . February 10, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by This product saved our basement from flooding multiple times! This product has been great at keeping the basic things running in our house, like our sump pumps. Well worth the piece of mind! January 12, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by This product gives peace of mind! We purchased our generator after having gone thru the latest power outage in our area. I was very pleased that the 8kw Guardian model would handle my power needs and the installation was done in a very professional manner. The last time our power went out we could not get into the house...locked up tight and garage doors do not work....had to break in.Will sleep well knowing the sump pumps, fridge and freezer will be functioning. The Generac generator was purchased as an insurance policy since our power goes out 4 or 5 times a year I consider this to be a very good investment. Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Product Have a portable generator but wanted a permanent stand-by generator with automaic operation. The unit is reasonably quiet and delivers smooth power for all of the selected circuits. Can't be beat for the price. November 27, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Very Satisfied I am very pleased with my new generator and can now relax when there is a loss of power. August 21, 2013

Answer:
We can determine the correct regulator for you. We will need to know the outlet pressure from your LP supply before we make that regulator suggestion. If you get that info, call Grainger's Techncial Product Support Team so we can get that regulator item number for you. 800 472 4643
