Power factor typo?

Regarding Grainger Item #: 4XLC5 - "Power Factor Greater Than 5 Percent" Is that a typo?? Perhaps it should be greater than 95% (.95) ?????

Based on the specifications sheet provided it does list the power factor as 5%.
