Rated 5 out of 5 by A great replacement for my 15yr old Fluke 87 When my 15yr old 87 was stolen around a year ago, there was no question what I would replace it with. The 87V. From home electronics to industrial plant floor and control room, there's not much this meter won't check. I especially like the peak recording for finding surges in volts/amps and the thermocouple for verifing readings of installed equipment. Buy one (and keep track of it) and it may well be the last DVM you ever buy!!! June 17, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by Best Meter for the money This is the last meter you will buy! So many features packed into one kit . I am the service manager for our company and this meter gets me out of most spots From simple voltage to Frequency drives and Duty cycle it has it all , Frequency and current can be measured with the Clamp attachment ( AND ITS Within .5%) It replaced 5 different meters . Do not hesitate to buy.Plus the added leads make multiple base measurements a snap! June 15, 2012
