Rated 4 out of 5 by Have used this meter many times and it is great! Can measure 4-20ma without breaking circiut and easy to use for 4-20ma simulation. What the previous review states is that it cannot measure voltage, it is not meant for that, it is to measure/simulate a ma output and you can buy a $10 multimeter to read a DC voltage. Rated 2 out of 5 by a little overpriced i bought this meter in the $700 range. the only awesome feature is that you can measure a mA signal without breaking the circuit. other than that, i would not recommend this product. what i find particularly disappointing is that you cannot fully troubleshoot a mA circuit with this tool. without being able to read voltage with this tool, you are not able to tell whether you have an open circuit or no power. i am troubled by the fact that you need to buy the top-of-the-line meter to fully troubleshoot a mA circuit.
