Can this be used for food grade production environment to measure oil content in a 55 gallon drum?

Does it have a probe that extends up to the bottom of the drum?
Does it have any parts made up of glass?

What is the size of threads - 3/4" or 2".

Answer: 
Grainger has contacted the product supplier and have been advised by them of the following: there is no food grade claim on this product. There is no probe it works off of ultrasonic technology to generate a high frequency sound wave, It measures the time for the echo to reflect off the target fluid. Fits either 2 inch or ¾ NPT openings.
