Answer: 
Hello Horseshoe,
Yes this pump will generally pulsate at lower flows, Presure and CFM's will also affecect the pulsation, When you opperate this pump towards the max CFM's the pulsations will be less noticable. Also do not attempt to operate pump past the recomended pressure, as this will shorten the life of the pump.

what the minimum air consumption of this pump or there is a curve for this pump to know air consumption vs flow rate.

Answer: 
The supply pressure to the pump is 20 to 100 psi and the flow rate is between 5 to 5.5 gallon per minute depending on material type and temperature. Yes a pump curve is available.
