I need to drill bolts out in a very tight area. I can not use the angular hole cutters in the picture. Most of those bits have a specific end. I need to use normal drill bits.

Answer: 
This drill is set up for coring purposes and has a specific chuck for that use. It cannot accept standard drill bits. Thanks for using Grainger ask & Answer.
