We currentyl use Strips to test our pH. We fill a cup full of the water and put hte strips in. We would prefer to go digital. Would this digital reader work the same way. We would fill the cup and place the reader in and wait for the reading. How often do we need to calibrate it?

Answer:
Grainger has contacted the product supplier and has been advised by them of the following this digital pH meter will work in the same manner as the test strips, only this will provide a more accurate reading. Fill the cup with enough liquid to cover the pH electrode. Calibrate the meter prior to each use to ensure accurate reading. This can be done by using pH buffer solutions.
