My company is in the process of evaluating our existing facility lighting which is primarily metal halide and fluorescent lighting. We will be evaluating new LED fixtures and need a meter that can measure these type light sources to enable us to measure fc and lux. Will this light meter work for us? If not, can you propose a reliable model that will meet or needs.

Thanks,
R.B.

Most light meters will read all visible light like sodium, Halogen, florescent, incandescent, and Led. However, they will not read ultra violet and infrared lighting.
