Answer: 
To remove the old housing, there should be a lock nut holding it in place. Additionally, you should be able to remove the tubing from the unit by pressing on the release rings in the regulator holder while pulling the tubing out. Please remember the tubing is very thin walled, you will not want to pull on it with a lot of force.

Answer: 
You are correct; inside the top of the regulator portion with the green spring is a straight bladed screwdriver slot for pressure regulation.
