Rated 4 out of 5 by Not a bad table... you get what you pay for! NOTE: You will need to drill 1/8" pilot holes for the screws that hold the wood top. No mention of that in the instructions, and there aren't any already there. Took less than 1/2 hour to assemble. November 18, 2013

Answer:
The manufacturer states that the top is to be attached to the top rail while the top is down and the assembled inverted frame is placed on top of it. This allows easy access to hole positions and easy screw installation.
