My aunt has a very old house and she has that big box heater that has a hose going out the side of the house for ventilation. Her heater has stopped working and I am trying to find a replacement. I'm not sure what to look for or what those types of heaters are called. Can you help me out please?

Answers

Answer:
Grainger has contacted the product supplier and has been advised by them of the following.

There is no chart that will help plan for your heating requirements. There are websites that you can purchase load calculation software from. The load calculator will tell you what btu’s are required for your space based on specifications of the space. I recommend calling our HVAC tech support team at 800-472-4643. We can offer you a general btu capacity for your space.
