Grainger has contacted the product supplier and has been advised by them of the following.

The blower 3C048 is the blower housing less the motor drive package and it will not have a CFM rating. I recommend calling our HVAC tech support team at 800-472-4643. Once we know the motor horsepower you require we can provide the airflow information you need.

Answer: 
Grainger has contacted the product supplier and has been advised by them of the following.

There are several conditions that can affect the exhaust fan from working properly. The main issues to look at are duct size, volume of air for the application, and proper ventilator for the application. You may want to consult a ventilation contractor to assure the ventilator, duct, and make up air are correct.
