the manual I got says lube bearings every 6 mos unless blower has "C frame motor" or "sealed ball bearings". Don't know if I have those or not. Think I might see an oil port but not sure.

Answer:
Grainger has contacted the product supplier and has been advised by them of the following.

You will need to inspect the motor. If the motor has oil ports, you will need to lubricate every 6 months. If there are no oil ports, the motor is permanently lubricated.

Answer:
This motor requires lubrication. Best part is the front lube port is located inside the blower wheel. It requires removal of the blower wheel then remove the motor from the housing to lubricate. Poor design so nobody will ever lube the front bearing.

The description appears to only provide the air outlet dimensions, not the outside length and width of the flanges for mounting and fitment.
