Answer: 
We do not offer a blower with the motor mounted on the opposite side. This blower can be rotated to have the motor on the opposite side, this will cause the discharge outlet to be be on the low end of the housing.

Grainger has contacted the product supplier and has been advised by them of the following. Most of the blowers this size are not rated for noise and there are many factors that can affect the final noise level such as duct design, static, pressure, application.
