First do you know how to get to this part in the Pump? Sorry I ask but if you are inquiring how to do it, it generaly means you do not know its location. You will have to remove the End and the Tube plus the impeller stack from the Pump. Is this pump less than 1 year old??
If so you need to contact Grainger, this could be Warranty..
