Rated 1 out of 5 by 3reviewers.
Rated 1 out of 5 by It is a small positive-displacement pump, and will pull water up at least a foot or so. But it's not just noisy, the noise is like fingernails on a chalkboard. I can't recommend this pump, unless noise is not a factor at all. May 19, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5 by We have been using this pump for a couple months now for changing water from aquariums in our office. We have been pretty disappointed. Firstly, the pump leaks like a sieve out of the back of the volute. This leak requires the pump to be disassembled weekly in order to reseat the gasket. Which brings me to my second point. They include a few replacement parts including an impeller, barbed fitting gaskets, and the volute cover gasket. What they don't include is the gasket that always seems to leak where the pump shaft enters the volute. Secondly, the pump itself is super loud and totally unusable in anything but an industrial or farm setting. You literally can't hear someone talking if you are within 10 feet of this pump. It does move water pretty well though if you don't mind leaks or noise. May 14, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5 by The most worthless pump I ever owned and there is no parts available except the impeller. Do not ever buy one of these. February 11, 2013
