Rated 4 out of 5 by Purchased when standard 1/3 hp residential pedestal sump pump would not keep up with high volume of water that entered the 10 x 10 area in the cellar during a heavy rain. This Pump was virtually trouble free for 3 1/2 years and had no problem keeping up with high flow of water. Motor finally gave out and the rest of the pump and pedestal showed no sign of corrosion or wear, so just replaced motor and hopefully will get another 3 or 4 years of service out of it February 25, 2013
