Type of capacitor?

If one of this item's repair parts is a start capacitor, then wouldn't the motor be capacitor-start then? (same for 1xfx7, 1xfx8, 1xfx9,1xfy1, etc.)

Answer:
There is a capacitor in the circuit for this motor, but it is a RUN capacitor, NOT a start capacitor. A start capacitor implies operation only in the start circuit. The capacitor in this motor is always in the circuit or AKA run winding. Both types of capacitors are very different also.
