bearings for Dayton motor 5K476E

I have a pump with this motor mounted on it. The motor is starting to have a high pitched squeal to it during pump startup - usually goes down after pump warms up. It appears to me that the bearings may need replacement. I'd like to purchase new bearings prior to taking the pump out of service if possible. If not, then the pump will have to be torn down to get the bearing numbers to facilitate their being purchased. This motor has been in service for some time, how long I don't really know, but it has given great service. Again, if possible let me know what the bearing numbers are and whether or not you can furnish them to me. Thanks,
