The area is a shed with two overhead doors, two service doors and five 2 x 4 wimdows. Floor is concrete. Ceiling is insulated R38 with walls at R19.

We do not offer a full load calculation. As an estimate 1440 square feet with 14' ceilings will require approximately 100,000 btu's. This type of heater is designed for covering areas over dock/garage doors and may not be the right heater for large space heating. You may want to contact our HVAC tech team for more detailed application questions.
