230 volt motors can not operate at 208 volts unless indicated in the catalog.

We have the schematics for wiring this motor for reversing for various switches. It would be best if you called Grainger's Technical Product Support Team so we can ask a few questions like what is the voltage that you intend to operate the motor with. 800 472 4643

We can help you with that. We will need to know the revision letters that follow the 3K199 number on the motor tag because the capacitor values vary from revision to revision. Please give Grainger's Technical Product Support Team a call so we can find that capacitor for you! 800 472 4643

No, HP is critical. Also all of the other specifications will impact replacement success. I would suggest calling 1-800-Grainger and ask for our Motors Technical Support Team to make sure we get the correct motor for you.
