Answer: 
Grainger has contacted the product supplier and has been advised by them of the following.

For a space of 35x18x20 based on a standard rule of thumb calculation of 5 btu’s per cubic foot, you would require about 63,000 btu’s. This calculation does not take in to consideration any heat losses or building insulation. The 2YU68 will not be sufficient to heat your space.

We are relocating this unit to a different building that has a 240V panel in it, and I'm wondering if the unit could be wired for 240V. I opened the bottom of the case and the control transformer has terminals for connection to 208 and 240. I also checked the manual for the unit and the heating elements as well as the motor are the same as the 2YU69 which is listed as the dual voltage model.
