Details

Dayton Radiant Heating Panels are designed to provide comfort by warming the surfaces below the heaters just as the sun warms surfaces through radiant energy. This heating process heats objects in a room without having to bring the entire room air temperature up to the same level. Panels are ideal for spot heating in high heat loss areas, and may be installed side by side or individually above areas requiring additional heat.

Hello. A minimum of 3 inches is required but the installation manual recommends 6 inches for optimum performance of the heater.

Answer:
There is not enough information to answer this question. The coverage will depend on the size of the space, room temperature, and heat load/loss. I would suggest calling our HVAC tech team to discuss the application details.
