Rated 5 out of 5 by Purchased this 5 years ago for a walk-in closet. Was careful to position the unit so no clothing or shoes within 3 feet of it. Attic access is in this closet and condensation during the winter (we are in Michigan) was a problem. I plug the unit in from Sept to April, with the thermostat set at the 1/4 of full power position. I leave the closet door open a crack to allow for air circulation and have had no further problems with damp, mold or condensation. August 7, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by I give this product 5 star rating because I have used this model over and over with rave and positive reviews from my customers.Being a trade’s supervisor with experience in hvac, electrical, and building controls, I am very satisfied with the performance.Low power and enough heat when placed under the desk to give the customer in an office suite comfort from being cold when the thermostat sensor is in the boss’s office. As for the plastic feet breaking, if it is not placed so it is kicked often this should not occur. My customers place this out of the way of their feet coming into contact with the device. October 16, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by I agree the feet could be better but I have had this unit under my desk for 2 years and just don't move it much, it works perfectly. It uses much less power than a typical space heater and I feel it is safer in general. January 25, 2013
Rated 2 out of 5 by I use this heater in my cubicle, under the desk, and it has heated fine for about a year now. The problem is that it is unstable. Kept falling over. Eventually one of the cheap plastic "feet" broke, and then it was really unstable. Now all the plastic parts are either cracked or broken.I would only recommend this heater if they made the "feet" out of metal, and ensured that it is more stable in general. August 7, 2012

Answer:
I did submit a feedback form to let the supplier know about the defective feet. All products sold to business customers are warranted by Grainger only for use in business, government, resale or original equipment manufacturer against defects in workmanship or materials under normal use for one (1) year after date of purchase from Grainger.
The replacement part number for those feet are.50m707 you would have to order two for one unit. Thank you for using Grainger.com Ask & Answer.
