I'm trying to find out if this unit will fit in a window that has a 20 inch width operning. If the grill face extends beyond the witdth of the discharge duct it may still work in my window. Does the grill face unscrew from this discharge duct so I could unscrew the face to fit it into the window. This would only work if the discharge duct width is 19 7/8 inch wide or less. I'm hoping
hoping it will work. I have a similar 2800cfm unit that I have used for 19 years. I need to replace it this year but have been unable to find a similar unit narrow enough to fit in this window.maybe I can still use this unit in my window.

Answer:
Grainger has contacted the product supplier and have been advised by them of the following.
"The supply grille measures 20-1/4" wide by 11-1/2" high. The grille can be removed".
The manufacture does not provide dimensions for the supply duct, it should be smaller than the grille.
