Rated 4 out of 5 by 1reviewer.
Rated 4 out of 5 by Morot was easy to install with the bushing provided by the in-store tech. Performs up to expectations. Would have liked to have had a wiring diagram in the box other than the one printed on the label attached to the motor. March 17, 2013

Answer:
This motor has a reversing plug. It is a little plug with 4 wires, two black and two white wires. To reverse the motor you just unplug it and turn one end 180 degrees then plug it back in, so that the black wire lines up with the white wire and the white wire lines up with the black wire.
