When I do a search it brings up the 4M226.

However looking at the specs I'm seeing 1/4HP when the original part was 1/5

Is this still ok

Answer:
The 4M226 will operate correctly to replace your 1/5HP model. We often suggest a little more HP for a better match. More HP usually means longer service life, no problem. Don't forget the 2MDV4 capacitor, it is required.

Hi, my local Granger rep told me this ball-bearing motor needs oiled once a year. How would I do that? I couldn't find a "manual" online. And what oil would I use? Thanks!
