Answer: 
Grainger has contacted the product supplier and has been advised by them of the following.

This blower uses several different drive packages. The pulleys will be based on the motor horsepower. I recommend calling our HVAC tech support team to discuss your application and cfm requirements. 800-472-4643

Grainger has contacted the manufacturer about the recommended RPM for this unit and it is not to exceed 810 RPM.
