Answer: 
To reverse the motor shaft direction, you would switch internal motor wires T5 and T8 from the terminals to which they are currently attached.

If the motor is drawing over the full load amps, there are multiple issues that can cause it. In order to properly trouble shoot your problem we would have to have more information regarding the application and installation.
