Drive Motor

(DIYer...)

Looking for a motor to drive a pulley moving a cable 50 feet - then back. Think of the old clothes lines...

I want this to move a target down-range for our gun club. Drive needs to be reversible - move the target down, then back.

Gearmotors are used in this application. You will want to review all of the specifications for our 6Z078. A calculation must be made to determine the time it will take to make each trip. Give Grainger's Technical Product Support Team a call for assistance. 800 472 4643

Answer: 
Yes it is reversable (add a couple of relays) and at 15rpm it slow slow enough. They have faster gear boxes....
