Solid-State Relay Heat Sinks
Required to ensure the proper operation and long-term reliability of solid state relays. Heat sink performance is rated by thermal impedance which represents the resistance to the transfer of thermal energy. Thermal impedance ratings are based upon natural convection airflow, so the heat sink must be oriented such that airflow over its finned surface is maximized.
