Track Ladders
Track and mounting brackets for Single Track® and Dual Track® Ladder Systems. Provide for easy attachment of track system to storage rack beams or uprights. The track kit consists of mounting brackets and 4' track sections which can be installed on the racking with provided through bolts. SingleTrak ladders provide easy access to shelves in narrow aisles and cramped storage areas. Smooth rolling upper track fixture and wheels on the floor allow easy movement of the ladder along the entire length of the track and aisle. The rugged all-welded steel construction features 5"D x 14"W solid steps with abrasive treads. When in use, the ladder is positioned at an 80° climbing angle. The standard bottom wheel brake prevents movement during use. An exclusive design permits storage of the ladder in a tight vertical position against the shelves when not in use and allows easy passage of persons or equipment in the aisle. Dual Trak ladders provide safe, convenient access to tall racking or shelving on both sides of narrow aisles in storage areas. The system is comprised of a rolling ladder, a wheeled trolley, and a track system used to suspend support the trolley and ladder from the racking. A combination of a spring-loaded caster system and a patented trolley brake restrict movement of the ladder while in use. A cable-operated gas spring powered hinge system allows users to pivot the ladder in an open position when not in use, allowing free passage through the aisle for personnel and handling equipment.
