42"-high handrails made of 1"-dia. tubing with 24" between rails provide a handhold for extra steady access to landing.
Fixed Welded-Steel Ladders
• 300-lb. capacity Gray powder-coated paint finish
Heavy-duty, 1-pc. welded ladders enable solid climbing and safer landing access to heights less than 20 ft. Sturdy side members are constructed of 2" x 2" x 1/4" angle iron with 7" standoff mounting brackets. 3/4" dia., 16"W corrugated steel rungs are spaced on 12" centers. Use for vertical access to raised platforms, roofs, or hatchway openings.
Meet or exceed ANSI A14.3 and OSHA 1910.27 and 1926.1053 standards.

Answer: 
The ladder is 10' top to bottom rung. The top pair of standoffs are located at 9' 6" +/-1" , middle pair 5' 6" +/-1" and bottom pair 6" +/-1" all from the bottom rung.
