Actually this issue has nothing to do with your pressure switch. You have a bad check valve (1-way valve that lets air go into your tank but not back out). When this valve gets stuck open, it allows air to back flow out of your tank and go out of your unloader valve until the tank pressure drops and causes the switch to turn on again. If you replace your check valve the problem will go away.
