Compliance and Restrictions

With a "C" nitrile coating to improve your grip, these gloves are perfect for handling objects in extremely high temperatures. The synthetic rubber is suitable for those who have latex allergies, and also adds longevity as it resists snags, punctures, abrasions and cuts.

Rated 5 out of 5 by I bought these to use on my grill. They work well to protect me while dumping a chimney of lit charcoal, using my coal shovel to arrange hot coals, lifting the hot grill grate by the handles, and removing large pieces of foil wrapped food from the cooking surface. I've also used them to move a vortex full of burning coals to a different spot on the coal grate, and to remove hot charcoal baskets from the charcoal grate area. Washed them a couple times, and they seem to be holding up just fine. I'm going to buy a couple more pair to keep in the grilling cupboard as backup. One word of caution - if they get wet they lose their insulating properties. I had juice from a wrapped pork shoulder leak out of a seam, and things heated up quick. It was part of the learning curve, and not a defect in the product. July 18, 2015
